A quick post for the Pals Paper Arts Sketch Challenge. This card really evolved as I worked on it.
Here is the sketch:
When I looked at the sketch I saw the square in the middle followed by two half circles. I thought the snowflakes could emulate the half circles. At first I stamped Soft Sky on Whisper White but it looked to washed out against the Night of Navy Label Framelit. So I stamped Soft Sky on Soft Sky card stock and it stands out nicely on the Night of Navy.
The sentiment was stamped in Night of Navy and then cropped with the Squares Framelits (3rd from the center). Then I added a frame of Soft Sky card stock 1/4" larger. I used Dazzling Details and painted it along the Soft Sky frame.
I hope you will visit the Pals Paper Arts Challenge and see what the design team members did with this sketch. Won't you play along as well?
